Potomac Station:

Parking Details:
Our pool lot has very limited parking. Please follow the parking signs. Parking is available at our tennis courts (on the other side of River Creek Parkway) or down the street at Harper Park Middle School. Please be sure parents do not park on Valemount Terrace by the town homes as they will be towed.
- Do not park along the street by the pool or your vehicle might be towed. See Parking details in attached pic.
- Please follow the parking signs. There will be “No parking” sign along the roads.
- Parking on any other side streets is also fine as long as you do not block any driveways and are courteous of our neighbors.
Wednesday Schedule:
Our Pool Deck will Open to everyone at 5:00 PM
Warm ups for the Potomac Station Sailfish will be 5:15-5:35 PM
Warmups for the <visitor team> will be 5:35-5:55 PM
The Meet will start promptly at 6:00 PM.
**Official briefings will occur at 5:30 PM, immediately followed by Timer Briefings at 5:40 PM.
Saturday Schedule:
Our Pool Deck will Open to everyone at 7:00 AM
Warm ups for the Potomac Station Sailfish will be 7:15-7:35 AM
Warmups for the <visitor team> will be 7:35-7:55 AM
The Meet will start promptly at 8:00AM.
**Official briefings will occur at 7:30 am. Immediately followed by Timer Briefings at 7:40 am.
Team Staging Area and Spectators:
Swimmers will be sitting with their age group.
Please have swimmers find their team area on our pool deck to the right of the pergola.
Spectators must bring their own chairs and set up around the pool deck (side closest to the locker rooms).
Your swimmer needs to stay in the swimmer's area so they will be ready and available for their event. Please remind your swimmer to pick up their trash. It will help everyone be able to get home earlier.
Loudoun Valley II:
From Rt. 7 area -
- Take Loudoun County Parkway South
- Proceed over Dulles Greenway and through light at Ryan Road.
- Take left onto Evergreen Ridge Drive and pool will be on your left

TIMELINE
5:00pm: Swimmers arrive
5:15pm: Viperfish warm-up
5:30pm: Meet timers ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5:30. Timers will gather in the baby pool area before 5:30. Officials will meet over by the starting area in the far corner.
5:35pm: Potomac Station team warm-up
5:45pm: Parents allowed on the pool deck. Only parent volunteers are allowed before 7:45.
6:00pm: Meet starts
SWIMMER AREA: There will be a designated space for visiting teams to the left of the entrance. It is the left-hand corner by the zero entry point. Please be aware of the path around the zero entry pool to the Clerk of Course area.
PARKING: Please park only in the LOWER lot. Do not park on the streets around the club house.
CONCESSIONS: Chick-fil-a sandwiches, pizza, drinks and other snacks. We accept cash as well as credit cards and Apple Pay.
Rivercrest:
Pool address: 20437 River Bank Street, Potomac Falls, VA
Parking Details: All Parking should be on River Bank Street before the first stop sign. As you turn onto River Bank Street from Algonkian Parkway you will head up a hill, you can start parking on both sides of the street anywhere after the crest of the hill and before the stop sign. There are no houses on the long section of the street, so if you are parked in front of a house, you are parked in the wrong place. You are welcome to drop off large items, like tents etc at the entrance of the pool parking lot and then proceed back to the designated parking area.
Team Area: The Team Areas are located in the parking lot with direct access to the pool deck. Your team will have the back section of the parking lot towards the playlet. Please feel free to bring canopies and chairs. We respectfully request that you make sure the area is clean and free of trash before leaving.
Spectators: Your parents are welcome to set up chairs on the left side (not Parking lot side) of the pool, and our parents will be on the parking lot side. There should be no spectators entering the pool deck, or loitering around the area of the small gate that the swimmers use to enter the deck for their races.
Time-Line:
-Our Pool Deck will Open to everyone at 7:00am
-Warm ups for Riptide will be 7:10-7:30am
-Warmups for your team will be 7:30-7:50am
-The Meet will start promptly at 8:00am

Franklin Park:
We are excited to host you for a meet! We swim at Loudoun County's Franklin Park Pool. Parking is plentiful. Concessions will be sold on site with cash and PayPal accepted. Please help us with our ability to host at a County Pool and remain off the Splash Pad during all swim team events.

Dulles Farms:
Your team may arrive any time after 7:00 a.m. for Saturday meets.
Our pool is located in the Virginia Manor neighborhood at 25930 Lennox Hale Drive, Aldie, VA 20105.
From Route 50, turn southbound onto Gum Spring Road, make a right at
the traffic light onto Lennox Hale Drive. Follow Lennox Hale Drive into
the neighborhood until you find the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts
on your left.
The parking lot in front and to the side of the clubhouse is small; you may park along Lennox Hale Drive for overflow parking.
Visiting swimmers please enter and exit the pool deck through the side gate adjacent to your team area.
Team Area
Dulles Farms: Parking lot nearest to the playground.
Visiting team: Parking lot nearest the playground - will be shared with Dulles Farms. We respectfully ask that everyone place trash in the proper receptacles and keep the area as clean as possible.

Warm-up periods for Saturday morning meets:
