Hello All Star families!

We are coming down to our last couple of days before our last meet of the summer season! We will have a shortened practice tomorrow since we have started our tapering for all stars. Plan on 45 minutes, with the 8 & unders doing about 30-40mins.

We will have our All Star breakfast Friday morning (July 24th) at 9:45am at IHOP (980 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176). The All Star swimmers breakfast will be covered, but additional family attending will be on your own. We are asking a parent or guardian chaperone children 16 and under. We will have a table for the swimmers/coaches and a second table/area reserved for family.

Everyone should have received the all star meet information. Please make sure swimmers get enough rest and are well hydrated Friday in prep for a good meet Saturday! 
With regards to suits, there are no tech suits allowed. My kids prefer the Speedo Aquablade (in a solid color) and have used them the last few years. Otherwise, the more fitted the suit, the better. As always, the Potomac Station suit works too. 

Looking forward to seeing all of the swimmers do their best on Saturday and enjoy All Stars!
