Hello Sailfish families!

Hope you are all staying nice and cool as things are really heating up (finally) for summer! We wanted to give you a quick update on the plan for Wednesday (7/1) and Thursday (7/2). Due to the higher temps, even in the morning, we have decided to have one, big group practice on Wednesday from 9am-10am for all ages. This will be a fun practice that will include games, chalk the walk, and popsicles! As for Thursday (7/2), we are CANCELLING all practices.

As a reminder, there is no practice Friday (7/3) and there is no meet Saturday morning (7/4). Enjoy the rest and long holiday weekend with your families!

Home (Potomac Station Pool) vs Rivercrest Riptides

Arrival time: 5:00pm

Theme: Red, White, and Blue (Happy 250th America)!

Wednesday 7/15- End of season party at Potomac Station pool

Friday 7/17- mentor (only) ice cream party after practice
