Hello Sailfish families!

Happy Fourth of July week! Here is your week 6 update:

***Declarations for the Wednesday, July 1st meet at home vs Rivercrest Riptides are due no later than 11:59pm tonight***

Meet will be at home, Potomac Station.
Arrival time: 5:00pm

Theme: Red, White, and Blue

*It is going to be HOT, so please make sure swimmers are hydrating, as well as yourselves as being on deck will be quite hot.

There is a little sailfish meet tomorrow morning at Exeter pool (optional warm up at 8:30am). Meet starts at 9:00am.

There will be NO PRACTICE Friday, July 3rd and NO MEET on Saturday July 4th! Enjoy!

We forgot to note our swimmers of the week for last week in my update (apologies), but congratulations to:

Elaina Capelli- always working hard to improve her strokes

Ethan Le- for helping with lane lines in the mornings

Kevin Timmons- for always helping coaches with lane lines or anything asked

This weeks swimmers of the week go to:

Olivia Massey- working really hard on her backstroke flip turn for meets

Caroline Le- willing to help out when help is needed

Sienna Wilson- for swimming up an age group for the last meet

Also, HUGE congrats to those swimmers who have made their All Star cut times! We have a few others who are very close and are hoping this is the week!
