Here is meet information for tomorrow, Wednesday June 17th against the Belmont Sharks at Belmont pool:

Location: 20071 Medalist Dr, Ashburn, VA 20147

Pool opens for arrival between 4:30-4:45pm.

Sailfish Arrival time: 5:10pm (I initially said 5:15pm, but we are warming up a little earlier). Swimmers are expected to warm up with the team for their age group.

Meet start: 6:00pm promptly

Please make sure your swimmer(s) wear their Potomac Station swim cap, have water, and please remind them to pick up their trash.

*Reminder that parents/spectators are only allowed on the deck to watch their swimmer(s) swim their event(s), then are asked to leave the deck for others to watch their swimmers.

*There are no chairs allowed on deck.

As a reminder, we may have removed your swimmer from breaststroke or butterfly if they are not legal. We have been communicating that on deck during practices as to what about their stroke is not legal. We will continue to assess these strokes, particularly for legality, during practices.

Upcoming events to plan for:

Thursday June 18th- first mini meet of the season at Potomac Crossing at 9:00 am (with an optional 8:30am warm up). Big sailfish will still have practice Thursday morning, but little sailfish mentors will be asked to attend the mini meet.

Friday, June 19th our sponsor, Legacy Orthodontics, is hosting a pizza party at Potomac station pool for us from 4:00-5:00pm.

Monday June 22nd we have our annual AV Symmington Pool Party from 5:00-7:00pm.

Thursday June 25th- Picture Day! We will be gathering for a team picture with little and big sailfish. Arrival time 7:20am! Please arrive promptly so we can get everyone organized and photo taken right away. We will still have practice after picture.
