Hello sailfish families!

Here are a few reminders for the remainder of this week:

***Declarations for the meet on Saturday (June 13th) are DUE TONIGHT by 11:59pm. We will NOT be able to add late entries.

Meet information:

Location: 1430 Hague Drive SW Leesburg VA 20175

Parking Details: please park in marked spots in the clubhouse parking lot or along Hague drive, be mindful of driveways and fire hydrants

Theme: Our theme for the meet is SWAMP SQUAD (camo, crocs, swamp creatures, outdoorsy vibes). Encourage parents and swimmers to participate and embrace the theme!

Saturday Schedule:

-Pool deck will OPEN at 7:00 AM

-Warm ups for HOME TEAM (Woodlea Watermocs) will be at 7:10-7:30 AM

-Warm ups for the AWAY TEAM (Potomac Station Sailfish) will be at 7:30-7:50 AM

-Meet will start promptly at 8:00 AM

*Official briefings will occur at 7:30 AM. Immediately followed by Timer briefings at 7:40 AM.

-We have a HARD STOP at 11:30 AM

Team Staging Area:

-Please have swimmers find their team area on area by the BABY POOL/BEHIND THE CLUBHOUSE.

-Please enter through the clubhouse entrance and go through the locker room.

-Baby pool is off limits and slide during meet

-playground is OPEN but we ask that parents supervise their children if they want to use this area.

Concessions:

We will be offering a variety of breakfast options to include: Anitas Burritos and Chick Filet

WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, CASH AND APPLE PAY, ALL PAYMENTS VIA SQUARE APP, NO VENMO

* Shirts and swim caps are in! See Dot Shaw on the pool deck to receive them.

*Also, THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICE ON FRIDAY JUNE 12th (the last day of school for LCPS). Enjoy your day off!!!

See you in the pool deck! (If for some reason the weather does now cooperate and storms linger longer than expected, we will send out an alert and email notifying you if practice is postponed or cancelled.
