Mentor information

Hello all and thank you for volunteering to help our little sailfish build their swimming capabilities this season! Below will be a link for a mentor application (that we will have you fill out as soon as you can and submit back to us), along with a sign up genius for you to choose days/times that work best for you. We would love to have mentors for our evals this week and next between 5-5:20pm for our younger/newer swimmers. Mentors do have to be 13 years or older. Little sailfish mentors will be at the coaches discretion. 

Things to keep in mind while being a mentor:

-We do want you to have fun, but please remember when you are in the water with littles or our younger swimmers, they are your priority.

-We do understand things come up such as illnesses or last minute scheduling conflicts, so please notify coaching staff as soon as possible if you are not able to attend your mentor time.

-Keep in mind, when you’re not in the pool mentoring, you are still apart of the Sailfish team and the littles look up to you. Be cognizant of your behavior, as you will be a role model to some.
