We are hiring! . The Sailfish are looking to hire for Little Sailfish/assistant/junior coaching positions this summer. The applicant must be 16 years old. Responsibilities include supporting the head coach by helping to run daily practices, teaching stroke technique, fostering a positive team culture, and supervising swimmers at meets. Key responsibilities include ensuring pool deck safety, motivating swimmers of varying abilities and communicating with parents, board members and the coaching staff.
