Hello Sailfish families!

Hope you are all enjoying your day off and have fun plans ahead for the fourth! Just dropping in for a quick update that we will have the pleasure of a few of the Machine Aquatics coaches joining us for all 3 practice times this coming Monday, July 7th. We are primarily going to work on breaststroke and butterfly. We are looking forward to having them join us on deck and help with some of our stroke technique!
