Hi everyone! 

Looking forward to some fast swims tonight! Please be at Kincaid by 5:15 tonight. Warm ups will begin promptly at 5:25. Another reminder to wear sailfish caps for meets and the meet theme tonight is Hawaiian. Please remember to clean up before you leave, we have a lot of items left behind at both meets and practices. We will be putting out items that were left at the pool at practice so please take a look to see if any of the stuff is yours.

Picture day is TOMORROW at 7:45am PLEASE WEAR YOUR SAILFISH SHIRTS AND SUITS for the picture tomorrow. Please be on deck by 7:40. There will be donuts after the pictures but NO BIG SAILFISH PRACTICE!

Grill night is this Friday at 5:00 at Potomac Station Pool!

Lastly the deadline to signup for this weekends home meet against Stone Ridge is TONIGHT! Please remember to declare your swimmer if you haven’t already done so. The meet theme will be Star Wars!
