Hello Sailfish families:

Information for Divisionals below:

Woodlea pool address is 1430 Hague Drive.

PARKING

Please park in the clubhouse parking lot, and once the parking lot is full, please park on the street. Be mindful of driveways and fire hydrants. We are including a map of the area to show streets adjacent to the pool and field, and the pathway to the field from adjacent streets.

MEET TIMELINE

Teams will have access to the field for team staging and pool deck starting at 6:40am.

Warm Ups will start at 7am. OUR WARM UPS ARE 7:20-7:40am. Please be at the pool at 7:00am

Meet will start promptly at 8:10 am

There will be a 15 minute break between Free/Back and Breast/Fly/IM for any second half any timers and officials to get settled.

The pool must be opened to the public at 12pm. Please help us make sure the pool, field and parking lot are left clean once the meet is completed!

POOL DECK

Because of the number of swimmers, the only people that can be allowed on deck during the meet are coaches, officials and volunteers. All swimmers will be required to stay off the pool deck area unless they are on deck or on the ready bench for their events. Spectators will be allowed to watch their swimmers' events and then be asked to leave the pool deck area. Please note, Our pool now has a sliding board and an enhanced toddler pool as well as a playground. All of these things will be off limits during the meet.

CONCESSION STAND

We will have a full concession stand set up in front of the clubhouse by the parking lot. Families may enjoy, Chick Fil A breakfast sandwiches, Anita’s Burritos, bagels, donuts, coffee, trail mix, candy, water, fruit, and drinks.
