Hello Sailfish Families!

CONGRATS on another Sailfish WIN!!! We know many of you were disappointed in your times today, but don't let that get you down. Warmer water tends to slow us down when we swim, it's not meant for competitive swim races. (*Fun Fact- Olympic competition pool must be 79 degrees +/- 1 degree*) So be proud of how you performed and keep pushing yourself. Be sure to stay hydrated today, because even though you didn't feel like it, your body was sweating during those races. 

We know we have had quite a few swimmers out for illness- we hope you all feel better soon and are able to join us in the next meet! We sure missed you all!

Speaking of- declarations for swimmers are DUE TOMORROW NIGHT (Sunday June 23rd) BY MIDNIGHT for the upcoming home meet vs Lovettsville on Wednesday June 26th. The theme is Star Wars!
