TIMELINE

5:00pm: Swimmers arrive

5:15pm: Viperfish warm-up

5:30pm: Meet timers ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5:30. Timers will gather in the baby pool area before 5:30. Officials will meet over by the starting area in the far corner.

5:35pm: Potomac Station team warm-up

5:45pm: Parents allowed on the pool deck. Only parent volunteers are allowed before 7:45.

5:55pm: National Anthem

6:00pm: Meet starts

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

SWIMMER AREA: There will be a designated space for visiting teams to the left of the entrance. It is the left-hand corner by the zero entry point. Please be aware of the path around the zero entry pool to the Clerk of Course area.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED from visiting team: 9 lane timers and 2 Stroke and Turn Officials

PARKING: Please park only in the LOWER lot. Do not park on the streets around the club house. A map for parking is attached.

CONCESSIONS: Chick-fil-a sandwiches, pizza, drinks and other snacks. We accept cash as well as credit cards and Apple Pay.
